Rehearsal Dinners, Boutique Weddings & Receptions

There is a lovely place in Springfield to celebrate your nuptials. From your engagement party, shower, rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony and reception, the Pasfield House is ready to share the elegance of an earlier era to facilitate your wedding events in a beautiful and comfortable setting.

We can accommodate 50 seated guests at a dinner in our largest room. Showers and rehearsal dinners are extremely popular. When organized as a cocktail buffet dinner, a wedding reception can easily accommodate 100 guests.

The Pasfield House has hosted small, boutique wedding ceremonies using the outside English Garden and portico, the front porch veranda overlooking a boxwood topiary garden or the brick courtyard fountain patio. For the smallest of family gatherings, we can host your ceremony inside, where the bride may descend from the elegant Pasfield staircase to meet her groom before the great pillars in the historic Pasfield House grand foyer.

The Pasfield House has six suites to accommodate the bride and groom on their honeymoon night, as well as out-of-town guests. It’s like an elegant private home of a bygone era. Wedding parties often book the entire house for the weekend and organize a sendoff brunch for the out-of-town travelers and family.

Gracious hospitality and exceptional service are a way of life. Meeting your needs is our primary objective. The house has enjoyed several awards for renovation of a historic structure.

The Pasfield House is conveniently located just west of the State Capitol complex and adjacent to the visitor’s center it is within walking distance to many tourist destinations. You and your cherished guests will leave the The Pasfield House with a lifetime of memories.

You deserve nothing less than perfection as you begin your new life together. From the wedding shower to rehearsal dinner to the ceremony and reception that follows, we’re here to take care of you and all your wedding needs. We can even host a lovely family send off brunch on the following day.
