InnKeeper's Café
Hours |
The Innkeeper's Café coffee house will open in early 2018. The coffee house is located the Leone ancestral home purchased 100 years ago in a once-quite-Italian immigrant neighborhood north of the Madison Street Corridor and the Department of Revenue's Willard Ice building. The Café derives its name from Innkeeper Tony Leone, the owner of the historic Pasfield House Inn. A local historic preservationist, Leone saved the 1896 Pasfield House and converted it to an upscale Bed and Breakfast. Leone has used his design flair at the Innkeeper's Café to create yet another stunning architectural historic preservation.

Les Eastep Chilli / Soup of the Day

Springfield residents love their "Chilli". At the Innkeeper's Café we turned to famous local Chilli champion Les Eastep's award winning recipe. Les is a grand master chilli cook who has written a book on history of Springfield – the Chilli Capital. All Chilli is not created equal, Les Eastep makes one of the best, and you can only get it here. We will also offer a Soup of the Day; we promise you will love it.
Sandwiches and Salads
The café offers a grab-n-go or eat-in variety of sandwiches and salads. The sandwiches will vary in selection including salami, ham or turkey, customized on a torpedo-shape Italian or pretzel roll. Try our own homemade chicken salad or olive salad sandwich spreads. Charcuterie, with Italian meats arranged with chesses, olives etc., can be served. A house specialty is our Muffaletta sandwich dressed with an olive salad.
Community Minded: Springfield, Illinios State Capitol
The Innkeeper's Café Coffee House aims to be a community-minded coffee house focusing on the history of Springfield, its sites and the Illinois State Capital. The inside of the Café features an exciting art gallery with images of historic buildings still located throughout Springfield.

"It's our deep desire to provide efficient service to state and medical district employees who step through our doors." We are perfectly located for commuters to pop-in before work or over a short work breaks.
