At the Pasfield House, every event is unique and our culinary staff will treat it as such. If you would like something that is not on this menu, let us know and we will work with you to price and create whatever cuisine you need to make your event successful. Our basic reception menu is a crowd pleasing presentation appealing to all types of guests.
Hot Artichoke Dip
Served in chafing dish with flatbread

Policy on outside caterers serving at the Pasfield House
Any outside catering service requested by the client must be approved by the Pasfield House. It is expressly understood that the outside caterers will provide all of their own serving platters, chafing dishes, equipment and utensils.Any caterer from an approved listing will be allowed to set up the food they have prepared outside the facility and bill the client directly. An outside caterer supplies the food items which will be served, and Pasfield House wait staff will oversee the replenishment of food items if necessary, provide general pickup throughout the event and clean up afterwards. A levy will be applied on outside caterers when our chafing pans and platters are used.
The Pasfield House will provide all wait staff and bartenders and will clean the outside caterers serving equipment, taking care to return it in the same condition, but the Pasfield House is not responsible for any loss or damage that results. An outside caterer agrees to make arrangements to pick up any serving equipment before 4:00 pm the next day after the event. Outside caterers will not have access to the Pasfield House Kitchen, as the kitchen may be in use at the same time as the hosted event.
In-House Liquor Catering - Liquor Price List
The Pasfield House is licensed to sell alcoholic beverages and offers the options of providing cash or hosted bar which is billed by the drink.
All alcohol must be served by a bartender employed by the Pasfield House and an extra fee of $100 is charged in addition to the cost of bartenders.
Serving Liability Policy
The provision of alcoholic beverages anywhere upon the buildings, grounds or premises is strictly prohibited without authorization. The Pasfield House liquor liability insurance does not prohibit the event host to purchase additional dram shop or other liability insurance in addition to the Pasfield House liability coverage, if the host wishes further coverage, if an additional insurance policy is purchased the host must be presented to the Pasfield House proprietor prior to the beginning of the event.
The Pasfield House reserves the right to limit or terminate the service of alcoholic beverages to any individual(s) or to the event patrons as a whole. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the event host assumes all liability for any losses, damages, injuries, or claims thereof arising to the guests, event host or property thereof, as well as to any bystanders or off premises persons claiming consequent injury or damages arising out of the event. The event host shall protect, defend and indemnify and hold harmless, at its costs, the Pasfield House, its agents and employees.
