Denise Hanson is the Pasfield House Coordinator for cooking class operations of the Inn. She is responsible for the comfort of all the overnight guests as well as the coordinator for all cooking classes, any on-site tourist activities including any luncheons, dinner or gala cocktail receptions including outdoor activities on the premises of the Pasfield House. Denise and owner Tony Leone share the same philosophy that people come to the Pasfield House to celebrate and expect the best of service which is expected to go along with its beautiful atmosphere. Our slogan at Pasfield House is what we stand for Hospitality in Grandeur Way.

Paragraph about Denise is a graduate of the Seattle Culinary School. She served as the executive chef at an Italian restaurant in Chicago and is now a chef at the Hilton.

Denise and Tony plan to work together to assist guests with their bookings and personal needs. Their personalities are such that they enjoy people, especially those that appreciate the architectural beauty of the Pasfield House and its rich family history. Then there is the food, both enjoy sharing food preparation and food presentation ideas. Leone is known for his cooking in large pots, entertaining larger gatherings that develop friendships while sampling Creole, Cajun and of course Italian Cuisine. “Denise has the education and background to impress any person who appreciates the culinary arts.
