Michael Taylor has opened several resturants. Recently, Taylor opened Froggy's in Sprignfield, featuring award winning Chicago style pizza, and brought his rustic Cajun and classical Creole fare to the former Bayou Grill of Springfield. He currently is the chef at Charles and Limey's. |
